My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. love the sense of humor. my dad was a submariner, here in Australia and he's not 100% but seems to recall that the UN # was used on Military locks in areas that United Nation Inspectors had unabated access and were not the "keying code" but a U.N # that once looked up in their system gave them another # which was printed on the key that fit the lock.

  2. I have an old Yale also but the keyway is very narrow and I doubt a regular rake pick would work. I haven't been able to pick it yet since the pins seem very loose. It's weird but I have Americans I can pick in 10 seconds that have security pins but this stupid thing is ridiculously hard. It probably can be raked with the right rake but I don't have one that works. Maybe your Area 19 would work? Message me and I will send this lock to you as a challenge lock.

  3. The numbers are the key code but aren't published as they were military. The pick is nice and made by-————–. Not going to say on here as I don;t want to ruin the fun LOL

  4. I have a lock that looks exactly like this, but the key way is different and I can't get it open for the life of me. The key way is almost identical to the brinks 40mm you showed recently. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

  5. Isn't everything on the Internet free? I get offers for free Viagra in the email every day…lol. I'm happy to give stuff away because otherwise I lose it. Where you been?

  6. I want my pick back!!!!!! Your Yale is probably, without having it in hand, a G series Yale GA or GB something like that!! I had a whole set of those I gave away the A-1 Viper pick set. Let me know when you will be out of the house for an hour or so, so I can work on your safe!!
