My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. I went out and some a "Guard Security" lock and was able to open it in seconds using try out keys.  The problem I am having is all of my pick & tension wrench combos are too big to fit into the key way.  Suggestions on how to remedy this?

  2. Gosh darn it Bill.  I wish you would pick one of my challenge locks open so I could get a little glory on the BosnianBill show.
Norsmans been wanting to exchange locks with me and after watching this video I'm thinking maybe that wouldn't be a wise move???  lol   I suppose I could send him the challenge lock that you worked on.

  3. I speculate that since cut five there was a very shallow bottom pin, the top pin had broke during the picking process so the two piece driver didn't start out that way.  Stop the video at 10:49 and look at in full screen you will see where the lower piece broke off of the center portion. (At approximately .035" diameter, not much structural integrity in brass.
