My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. Hello Bill,
I think Sesamee took your advice. I just ordered one of the and while fooling around with the core, turned the key and dumped the pins in the plug. It had 4/5 pins serrated and all 6 plugs had counter milling.

  2. Bill I have the Black 900 from this video that you sent me in a care package a while back.  I'm hoping you repinned it as I'm having no luck with it.  Otherwise I just stink at picking.

  3. That lock body looks EXACTLY like a Master 930. I know you picked a Master 930 with all standards, but the ones available around here at least have spools in them. Somebody has copied a copy of the American, and the new copy is even worse than the MASTER LOCK copy!

  4. Well when you unboxed them I thought "yes now Bill has an opponent", but its not the exterior, wich makes a Lock hard to pick.

    Great picking and gutting!

  5. Hey bill, it is really a shame you know. They seem to have made a really nice brass core which is not casted (I assume) and have a nice body too why screw up with the pins? On the other hand I just had a call with Paclock these days and the owner (Pat) told me that his company is still family owned! The stuff I was able to see on his website did look very promising. Paclock is innovative if you ask me. Hopefully we can do some video project together I am sure I can squeeze that in this summer!
