My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com



  1. I have a couple of these locks but the key way on mine are very tight, I can barely even put a pick in.

  2. Im using the soho euro set, altho dont have much to compare against, im pleased with them.

    Loving your videos Bill, the one on picking spool pins was extremely useful.

    Can you suggest somewhere I can purchase a flexible blade ive seen you use in other videos?

  3. Up until 2 days ago, I thought a lock was just a lock. Now, I can't stop watching Bill's videos. Just fascinating stuff.
    I subscribed today; and I even ordered a set of lock picking tools from dx.com. Keep up the excellent work.

  4. Very nicely picked Bill. I love the perspex training aid showing how a standard and spool traps on a sheer line. Never seen one of those.

  5. Nice pick bill. Spools are fun for sure.  bill, is that a peterson pick or a homemade one? I like the handle…looks comfortable.
