My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. hey Bill just wanted to say, I have been watching yt channels of all types for years and yours is definitely one of the most interesting and creative. you are great at what you do and making educational and entertaining videos with consistent nuggets of exceptional creativity is an accomplishment that only few have or even can achieve, and have certainly achieved. great job. I enjoy your work.

  2. Omg this is hilarious I just unlocked my neighbors garage door for him because he left the keys inside after I finish I get a look at my phone and next thing I know I get a notification saying that you just posted a video this is awesome by the way everything I learned about lock picking is because of you and you're like the best person ever met or I should say watch not met

    1. I don’t just pick something once and assume I conquered it: I have to pick it consistently, repeatedly (my “naughty box” never gets smaller *sigh* ). I have one cheap ($8.00) Garrison lock that frustrates me: extreme bitting,it has all sloppy spools that are rough to tension and it can’t be bypassed with a knife/feeler or shimmed. I can only pick it 25% of the time in a vise and almost never on my practice hasp. It was cheaper than the equivalent No3 Master… but the no3 Master I have with similar bitting is crazy easy in comparison: sometimes its not the price, but the the skill of the person (mine is low, admittedly) and the randomness of the factory.
