My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. Just got my set a few days ago. I used heat shrink tubing for handles and 800 grit sandpaper to make it a nice little set for a beginner like me. already picked a cheap lock I bought from Wal-Mart tons of times. Thanks Bill

  2. I finally received my lock pick set. Only took five weeks. LOL.
Mine came with a clear practice lock.
This is my first time ever picking a lock.

I'm no dunce with a tool but darn it Bill, you make it look easy.

  3. was my first set, tensionner's are weak but replaced them with wiper blades, works really great. I even kept hooks and w rake from it in my sparrow set

  4. i have this kit and it's an excellent way to start picking apart from one thing: the tension wrenches suck
i made a pseudo prybar out of a sawzall blade to solve that
the harpoon is amazingly useful as a knife especially if you just sand off the barb and thin it slightly

  5. Amazon had this with Prime Now 2 hour delivery had to order it when I got locked out of my house and it worked great!!! sadly…. spent a few hundred on my lock set and found out the locksmith changed out the cylinder for some piece of crap…..

  6. i got that kit like ages before you found it O.o
i learned to pick padlocks and our old workshop door lock XD so i got that useless crap lock changed XD soo literly you teached me by theese videos how to pick locks 😛 thanks BIll 🙂 now i have like 15 padlocks/masterlocks i can play with :P

  7. The "Harpoon" isn't a pick. It is used for removing broken keys. Slide it in over the top of the broken key and the hook catches on the key so that you can pull it out.

  8. Thanks Bill, I just purchased that set complete with one of those see thru plastic practice locks.
    $14.55 free shipping.
I've always wanted to pick a lock now here's my big chance.
    Thanks again.

  9. Another nice video bill .. Thanks for all you do sir great video . Hope you have a good rest of your week . Looking forward to more videos ????
