These Viros are great training locks, made with great precision and containing nice spools that provide excellent feedback.  It fit right into the “Locks to Learn On” among the other excellent training locks.  If you want to learn how to pick spools, get yourself a Viro.

  1. Not that it matters either way but Keri is a she, not a he. 🙂 Nice leather work though.

  2. If winners have to pay postage how do they pay for it and how do we contact you bosnian bill? ??

  3. . . . …sorry about the duplicate post, we need a way to edit our posts after posting them . . …..

  4. Great pickin’ again, Bill.
Those lockpick cases would be a nice item to sell in the Lock-Lab site store (through Kerry of course), nice case, great job Kerry.

  6. may be time to do a update with the new members on locks to train from 4 pins to 5 and security,as u did before! just with newer locks! great lock, ill have to ebay one of those!

    1. Yes, you are not the only one: just to let you know you are not alone. However, with Alberta being a “locksmith license required” province I bet a lot of people keep quiet about the hobby.

I notice that Keri is at the Strathcona Farmers Market if anyone from the Edmonton area wants to visit and ask about products.

  7. Hey Bill, it would be awesome if you could get Keri to make these pick cases available to the tribe. Would love a Lock Lab pick case for myself. Just an idea.

  8. Great work as usual Bill! You make it look so easy! Damn fine looking pick case as well. Will Keri be open for orders?

  9. Hi Bill. Do you have any experience with an SKS Tempest Plus cutter? I'm after a blade that has a double slope on it (both sides of the blade). The one I got for it has the slope on one side. Any recommendations?

  10. Hey guys. Noted lots of questions about buying one of these cases. All the contact info for the maker is on that business card. Also, Keri isn't a he. Kind of a weird assumption, in my opinion.

  11. I was wondering how you feel about spring tensioners ( I think that's how you spell it). I have seen a few and they are just a piece of wire with a small loop on either end and the have a coil about the half way point to give them a springy tension.
