(458) Kerensky77’s EVIL Challenge Lock Picked & Gutted

My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. +bosnianbill Now, let's put things in the right frame. I have no idea how the internals of a lock work, don't pick locks, find this channel interesting never the less. So when I toss out this suggestion it's from the point of view of a newb, if it's a horrible idea, consider the source. 🙁 Now… I was thinking, from watching the last 100 or so videos (working backwards from the last to now and beyond) that if someone was to make a pin that is a step pyramid shape it would be really evil. Especially if it is pointed in such a way to give you the sense it's a… one of those barbell shaped pins. You get your initial false set then the feedback so you'd set it thinking it is one of those barbell type pins and in fact you got to do that another 2 or 3 more times before it's at the sheer line. 😀

  2. wow great work there bill! he really screwed with that lock didnt he? by the way, slightly off topic from thi amazing display of picking ability i have not been able to watch your videos for ages as i only get chance while at a dialysis ward generally speaking and i use my ipad and i cant watch your videos on an ipad so i have to miss your show all the time :<

  3. Ha…I'm amazed you were able to pick that beast Billy Boy, kudos to you…and Kerensky77, you're just plain nuts Bro…lol Those pins are so crazy, they need to be institutionalized…maybe for the rest of their lives….LOL

  4. Great picking as always Bill. I wonder if he makes those evil pins himself. The second key pin with notch in the top could have also been a standard pin he homebrewed.

  5. Just made my own standard hook, (the first pick i ever touch) i have a verry old master #3, picked, a newer one, picked, a bike 6 pin no name lock, picked, a brand new computer lock, verry small but still using the same hook i got it, then i went with a master #17 and the hook was too big, after 1 minute of random things it opened!! I pick the first one in 2 min. I'm proud lf myself!! Now they are easy i got to buy new ones if i can't find some used to practice on
