  1. After discovering your channel I've become really interested in learning to pick locks so I'm buying a starter kit from Sparrows, Thanks Bill.

  2. Thanks bill I will order The picks from sparrow should I Worry about handles? The $25 kit doesn't have handle neither triple rake or city rake should I order these two and pay 35 bucks? What do you think? Or order tuxedo kit?(It's to expensive) Thanks in advice

  3. Does anyone know how to get in touch with sparrow's customer service? I just spent the last 20 minutes perusing their website looking for contact info. But maybe someone here can help me. I live in the us and placed an order about 3 weeks ago the amount for the product was $260.45 I selected the ups shipping option. I have just now received a bill from ups supply chain solutions, inc. for $45 for "entry prep fee, disbursement fee, and duty amount" The sparrow's FAQ says i may have to pay for customs paper work , but also says that I won't have to pay a duty fees which I have been billed for. The amount that is being taxed at the tariff rate is $224.22.  so where did the other $36.23 go. I guess what i'd like to know who I should be trying to contact here is it sparrow or ups?

  4. ok thanks bill and last questions: Can you tell me eastern (stainless steel) site and diference between durability of normal picks or quick picks? And when I buy the lock picks should I chose between 0,015 or 0,025 I just have money for one type. And home made picks as in your video what is the diference between they and sparrows and Peterson about durability? And in your how to make quick picks video what is the first method? U didn't say it.And should I order short medium or long picks.Sorry about this questions about picks. If you answer all these I will appreciate it thanks a lot and keep locking hahaha.

  5. Hey bill can u please tell me in which site should I buy my first picks set? Southord, sparrows, think**,etc.I'm from Brazil and things here are pretty expensive so my budget is 20,25 dollars.I've only opened a 20mm and a 30mm lock but with a hairpin. So which one should I get?I liked sparrow but each pick costs about $5 and southord costs $1,25 Can you explain this price difference? And should I pick 0,15 or 0,25 and small, medium or long?( Sorry about the English but as I said I'm from Brazil). Thanks

  6. Really interesting videos. I saw another video ((405) Choosing a High Security Lock) of yours that featured different locks and you showed the different keys and explained why one was better than the other. Have you done the same with car ignition cylinders? Thanks to your video I have been looking to exchange my '98 Integra LS cylinder with a better one that cannot be picked so easily. Cannot find alternatives. Any suggestion?

  7. Just wanted to say thanks for the videos. Ordered a Kick Start from sparrow and gonna see if I can have a little fun. Im real into strategy based games and love working with my hands and this seems like it would be a great fit as a hobby. Your videos are very informative and entertaining. I am still going through your back log and get excited when a new one pops up. Wife even said "glad you finally ordered some picks, you have watched enough of those videos"  😀 TY again and keep up the good work!

  8. Bill, I can't find a place that sells cross key locks…unless you want to order 100 from china..Any suggestions where I could pick up a few for practice ? Thanx. John Mark Higginbotham
