  1. Thanks Bill for very informational videos, I watch some of them over and over hoping I did not miss some needed info. I am doing this as a hobby to keep my hands busy so I’m glad I came across your vids. I just keep trying to open new locks all the time, but run into snags once in a while, hope you can lead me in the right direction and keep me going.

  2. I stumbled onto your YouTube channel about 10 days ago. I must have watched 20 or 30 videos the first night. Now I can’t wait to get home in the evenings so that I can learn more. I bought a starter pick set and on my first day opened my first lock. I agree, racking locks is addictive. I can’t beleive it it’s all I can think about at the moment. Thanks for doing such a fantastic job!

  3. I have been bingewatching your videos this summer and I just have to get in to this hobby.

  4. Love your videos Bill , this would be great to win. You have saved me from getting my bike stolen again

  5. It looks really amazing! I am glad I saw this because it helps out a lot when it comes to being locked out of your house when you left your keys inside.

  6. I stumbled onto your channel about 2 weeks ago and am hooked. Your knowledge of locks and the way you explain things is very commendable. Your sense of humor well….can’t help but laugh especially the video where you i guess you could say made it “rain” on “master snot” …totally hysterical.would live to learn more and get some tools, but for now i have to make my own due to financial trouble. Will say lock picking is definitely a way to relieve stress from the daily grind. Keepup the great videos

  7. Really awesome Bill!
That you decide to expand the Kit in this Giveaway.
    You are really the best.
Great tools – I had never the chance to test a Peterson because I am from Germany and not a good chance to buy these tools directly without great shipping costs 🙁
Please let me win only one time.

  8. A pretty decent kit, would love to play with it, although, I presume the tension wrenches are not the most comfortable but you never know if you don’t test them 🙂

  9. Hey bill. Love the work. I was wondering about the new master lock #15 65 mm I think big lock. But I don’t know why I am having a hard time. Please help. It’s driving me crazy.

  10. A newbe here, wow, what a nice kit, I would love to have this Bill. Thanks for the Great Vids.

  11. I enjoy sitting here, trying to pick my rookie locks while watching your videos. The Peterson set looks like a nice kit.

  12. I would love to have this great set! Thanks for your great instructional videos and reviews!

  13. I am a rookie and your videos have been helping me tremendously. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

  14. Merci !! Je suis toujours satisfait de vos vidéos. Elles sont bien faites et toujours très explicites. Vous nous donnez le goût de faire davantage du crochetage!!

  15. Nice set, nice review, and even nicer after you threw in the additional picks. Makes sense. I wouldn’t be able to afford that set without running into trouble with my finance minister, so I’m crossing fingers that I might be picked (as the lucky winner) . 😉 Sorry, no Patreon yet.

  16. I haven’t seen you using many of the Peterson picks in your own kit in a while, Any reason for the change or are you just constantly trying different picks? I’m trying to figure out what set to get

  17. I’ve picked few locks using hair pins and paper clips for practise. This kit would be perfect to get more into lockpicking!

  18. That is one awesome looking set with your additions Bill. Now I just have to set aside some money and hope the vendors aren’t backed up after your review…like with multipick Kronos electropick! Haha. Thanks for the nice review.

  19. Cool set, very interesting video. Just joined the newsletter. This is a fascinating hobby. Can’t wait to learn more.

  20. I think this is a great review of what appears to be a fantastic lock pick set. And withe additional picks and tension bar it becomes the perfect pick set. Thank you

  21. This is perfect timing bill, I picked a storage unit lock for my sister, and then lost my picks For the life of me I can’t figure out where they went. I’m sure they’ll show up after I buy a third set, I’ll probably find my first set when I do that too.

  22. Very nice kit especially with the plus additions to fill it out. As always, great videos!

  23. The purple button hasn’t changed yet so I thought I’d put my name in the ring here.

  24. So I think i’ve watched just about every of your videos bosnianbill, I am relatively new to lockpicking myself and have been studying your lockpicking videos extensively as they are very informative and straight to the point (with a mix of crude humor here and there) I personally would LOVE this lockpicking kit as i’ve been mostly practicing with a cheap amazon kit where the picks aren’t exactly sturdy and bend fairly easily, but i’m also weighing the idea of being a locksport or someday maybe even a professional locksmith. Keep up the great work! 🙂

  25. that is a very nicely put together set i really like the additions you added to make it even better. if i am not fortunate enough to be picked in your drawing i will be punching this kit myself. i really do enjoy how in-depth and complete your videos are … keep up the good work!!

  26. Hello. Id really love this kit to learn lockpicking, since ive been interested for years. Itd be quite fun for my brother and I to use legally.

  27. Well rounded kit, I’m sure whoever wins it will be pleased as punch to have something you yourself would own, Bill.

  28. Thanks for sharing, Bill, nice kit ! Love that .500 tension wrench, gotta get me a few for my multiple kits

  29. My poor 20 year old pick set is about as busted and worn out as it gets. Would love this as a new set!

  30. Have been getting back into the art and would love the “ghost kit” and I love the way they shaped the “bogi”. Outstanding review! Thanks again for the knowledge and experience shared!

  31. I have been watching for almost a year. I like how you show the details in a way everyone can understand. Thanks.

  32. I guess the best way to get a Peterson kit is a free one and right here… thanks for the good job

  33. I just subscribed to your channel a couple days ago and I already love it. I just bought my first lock pick set from sparrows and would love to keep adding to my collection.

  34. Love the videos! Watched so many I can’t even count. Just got my first set in Saturday. Got the Southord PXS-14 based on one of your reviews. I love the set so far. The only thing I added was a slimmer standard hook so that way I can get into more paracentric key ways. I opened my first Master #3 in a couple of mins after watching and reading the beginning pages in the Lock Lab University. Thanks a lot for all of the information and good luck on all of your future videos. I will still be watching them as you make them.

  35. Still awaiting my first pick set, been messing with some homemade ones in the meantime. Can’t get enough of your videos, they’re very informative and inspired me to try to pick up a much needed hobby.

  36. Its amazing watching some of your 100–300 till now and seen how much you’ve grown as a picker

  37. Hey bill i am just getting into lock pickking as a hobby and i have some cruddy home made picks out of paperclips so i could use a proper set hope to hear from you soon greetings anthony

  38. I found your website and videos about a month ago and I am hooked! You really know what you are doing. Thanks for the opportunity to win the nice pick set.

  39. That’s one good looking kit! That would fit nicely in my tool bag! (As you know: space is at a premium in a tool-bag!)

  40. Love your videos, would also love to try the Peterson “ghost” pick set. Thanks for all you do for those of us learning these skills.

  41. I picked my first lock today with an L rake out of a southord C2010. I gotta say thanks for all your videos. I’ve been watching them for over a week and with all that great knowledge you shared I picked my 1st pad lock in about 15-20 seconds. Then I tried my door knob lock and had the same luck. Now I’m seriously thinking about becoming a locksmith,. Do you have any advice? Or a video about how to become a locksmith? Could you make one?

  42. Please, please, please “hook” me up with that set. I was really into lockpicking when I was younger – made my first set out of hacksaw blades when I was fourteen. Never really had the patience to develop my skills further than being able to zip Master Lock no. 4’s.

My Fiance has been looking up lockpicking lately (we are trying to buy a house and she is concerned about security, so she has been watching YouTube videos about shoddy locks). So, your channel somehow popped up on my YouTube feed. I’ve been an addict ever since. I love puzzles, and I love tinkering. You’re great at explaining things, and I’ve learned a lot about security (I even noticed that I have a WARDED master lock – single tip actuator- gonna replace that POS). This would be a useful skill to develop (I’d never get locked out of my own stuff and have to call a locksmith!!). The only thing holding me up is not having picks. I have access to a shop, 5&6 pin cores, and a complete re-pinning kit (a big briefcase full of pins and locksmith tools). I’d be able to make my own challenge locks and would love to fiddle around with it – I just need some good tools.

Winning a set like this would give me no choice but to get back into it!

  43. Bill, I’ve enjoyed your updates, videos, and commentary for awhile now, though I’ve never commented, or given praise where it’s due. I enjoy how detail oriented you are with each product and how well your video productions portray your opinions.

    Thanks for all you do,

    Jarrod

  44. I would love to win this. I want to start the hobby but now funding. Maybe I’ll get lucky. Just started watching you videos. I’ve seen maybe 100 or so now. Great stuff !!

  45. I love that set, please hook me up, that would round out my picks just nicely!
I love your videos, they make my day when I get the notification that there is a new one to watch.

  46. still working on getting picks to pick with. Have a cheap ebay set, but nothing decent yet, would love to win this.

  47. Pickpals is fantastic!!! Didn't think it would be cheaper to get stuff from here sent all the way to the states though compared to direct from Peterson.. WOW!
Thanks for the video Bill, I've been on the fence about this set, might give it a crack 🙂
