My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. Does it really matter who is "first" guys? This isn't middle school…..now, Vince. In my opinion if you're going to thread a chamber, use a serrated pin in that chamber to add to the difficulty when picking. Also, the pin with the vertical grooves cut in it, I would suspect it would act the same as a standard pin when picking. I'm not trying to take away from the work you put into your lock, so please don't take it that way, just trying to give some insight or tips on how you could improve upon it. Keep making some awesome homemade pins and match the chambers to them, and you'll be on your way to making a very difficult challenge 🙂
