My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. Great pickin’ Bill. Looks like it was hit by a .50 Cal. Desert Eagle . . . . ……..;)

  2. Bill, I think you should buy some small alien dolls on Amazon and present an annual “Best Alien Technology” award. This is looking good as a 2017 nominee. You can even go back and choose winners for years past.

  3. Ha ha! The first one jammed up just like a real Desert Eagle pistol! Only a fool would put his hands on anything Desert Eagle for protection. Fun at the range and good for a challenge lock, but hardly real world practical.

  4. In this constant battle between lock builder and picker I`m equally amazed at the ingeniousness of the builder and the skill and dexterity of the picker. A pleasure to watch and hear Bill defeat these beautiful locks
