My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. Great video I have been looking for a dimple pick set that I can afford with your video this one might be worth a shot

  2. Hi Bill, have you ever picked an ingersoll 10 Lever padlock on camera? I would love to see you do one as you explain your progress and what your feeling rather then just getting an “open” with no comments or suggestions.
I know great websites like this dont run themselves so i totally understand if you can’t find the time.

  3. Some said that they liked their own homemade tool rather than purchasing the new tools due to their flexible of doing to pick the Multi T locks.

  4. I have the normal Goso Pickset….the one you tested some time ago and declared Crap.Do you think it would be a good Idea to take a 1000 Grid Ceramic Stone and polish the Picks a bit ? I never did that cause i thought they need to be rough in order to "grip" the pins better?

  5. LOL! I just got this set in the mail… was planning to make a VERY similar video because I get TONS of questions about good cheap dimple picks. Only thing I would add to this is using the worksharp tool w/2000 grit belt for a final polish. Awesome video, and one that has been needed for a while. I will be linking people to this often!

  6. Yeah way over do video. Always telling people Goso and they say no, Bill said Goso is junk. They say they'll save and get Spooxe and I laugh. They hang on your every word so you need to be careful.
