  1. Watching stuff like this the past few days. Just ordered my first starter sets. From Amazon. And now. I'm a fully felged GANSTER!. COOL. But true. ????

  2. I discovered your videos a couple days ago. Was watching welding videos. And now a pretty good lock picker. Thanks, you/lock tube. Have picked a bag of locks. Made my own picks. The main thing I have learned. Good locks. And there is bad locks. I learned on master/ so there you go.

  3. I actually wouldn't mind just learning how to do this.

I get my fictional lock picking done in video games but would be a nice little skill to know, especially if I lock myself out of my work vehicle ever again lol

  4. Who makes the padlock shim you always use, i'v been searching for quite a while and i can't find those exact ones, peterson has some shim material but it comes in a sheet and not pre-cut, folded, and dipped like the ones you have

  5. As a person that may or may not do something like you might have alluded to in the beginning of the vid; any vids you may do on this subject would be much appreciated. Training budgets are low these days… 😉 Have a good one. Thanks!

  6. +bosnianbill I don't think the stars really aligned for you on that lock. The bitting was EXACTLY high-low-high-low-high-low-high-low. The bogata you raked it with is….you guessed it: high-low-high-low-high-low. It's not really shocking when you compare the bitting to the rake.

  7. I like how he opened it like four times with different techniques just for demonstration 😀 saying "okay but what if it doesn't work?"
I've seen enough of your videos which tells me that you probably already know if you can or cannot pick the lock. Of course if you don't have time you'll look for the least time consuming ways of bypassing a lock but if you can't pick it, shim it, rake it or bump it, then it's time for the unusual stuff right?

  8. Nice1, started picking yesterday, made up a few home made tools, picked 3 locks easily from your vids and kind off destroyed one 🙁 lol.. Any wayz the definition of madness is to keep doing the same thing and expect a different result
    ????????????

  9. Best advice for all hacking – keep the mental cog-wheels turning. Be exhaustive rather than getting exhausted. Keep searching and you may invent a new way for the challenge before you. Thanks Bill.

  10. For those concerned about home security, consider an alarm. Nothing sends shivers down a burglars spine quite like having broken into that house after waiting for the owners to leave, and then hearing that "beep beep beep" of the keypad counting down ;-)

  11. Thanks for the video; I just hired on as a locksmith in training, and your videos are a big help. I learn a lot from your videos; sometimes the guys training me are all about showing what they can do, rather then showing how to do things myself. I'm very much interested in becoming proficient in the trade, but it's a uphill battle for me right now.

  12. Hours and hours spent enjoying your channel, vindicated because you mentioned Penetration Testers! 😀  I'm aspiring to be one, and in a lot of the texts I've read, physical penetration really seems to be an overlooked aspect of the job.  Thank you for the countless hours of your free time and hard earned cash spent on educating us, reviewing different products, how-to guides for making tools, showing off neat toys and tricks you've picked up along the way, your eternal hatred for Master brand Locks, and in my case introducing me to quite an interesting hobby that has practical skills in the workplace (pending written permission, of course)!
