My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. My postal carrier is consistently mixing up my mail with my neighbor. The worst part about it is that my neighbor is a shut-in and only comes out of her house once every few weeks or so, so when my mail gets in her mailbox, it can be weeks until I see it.

  2. Screw you,you are a damn idiot.Alot of postal employees are veterns and they are all hard working people. Unlike obamas trash thats coming in and the illegals who want everything for free

  3. Generally I'm amused by your witty banter. I've been a long time watcher however I don't think it's fair to insult all postal workers. I have no affiliation with the postal system however I do know many people who work in different areas of the postal service and they're all former military and generally good people. I'm sure no one was aiming to piss you off by tearing your light paper envelope, with heavy objects, as it traveled 4,250 miles. That really was a super douchey comment.

  4. Yea, you better blame your mail man for opening your package, the one of hundreds he has to deliver on his daily grind. It's not as if he has anything better to do or unrealistic times to meet. For that matter I'm certain he is the FIRST one to touch that INTERNATIONAL package. And that package looks extremely secure, as we all know paper envelopes are what the rich use to secure their valuables. In fact, you should really tell him to his grimy, sweat covered face how much you dislike him and how lazy he is and how easy his job is.

  5. The US Postal Service will often open mail sent from outside the US if it contains food items. I suspect they use dogs to sniff them out. If USPS finds plant or meat products they'll remove it and replace it with a nasty note. They'll leave false positives like candy bars alone. Maybe your package was opened for this reason. The note indicating that it was checked out by the USPS may have fallen out prior to delivery.

  6. I love the use of set screws to cap the cylinder. Wonder if it adds any unnecessary pressure on the springs and pins. Moved to Europe 9 years ago, big shock on locks and locksets over here. They sill use mortise style locks on both Interior and exterior doors. Will try and get an acquaintance who works with these euro cylinders to show me the secret to dissassembly.

  7. you're most recent upload with a profile cylinder dimple, you said "you don't know how to get them back together". I have a follower that is made for profile cylinder with no top or bottom access to the pin chambers. It's kind of a pain to load the top drivers by does work like it's suppose to. I'll post a video soon, and contact me via text message if you need one. my number is in the email. 8856 number.

  8. +bosnianbill Hey bill thanks a lot for your explanation and for the time you took (which doesn't look like that much after I've seen how fast you've picked it :p). And for the next time I am about to mail you some locks I will put a lock on the package for sure 😉
At least you got the training lock and the swiss chocolate. So, priorities accomplished 🙂

By the way, I am very sorry about the mess i did with that tape I haven't thought about it at all.

    To answer some questions:
    The training lock: http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B013SQIDXS?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00
Missing parts from package: 1 ABUS lock and the key for the training lock

  9. I really wish you'd stop sugar-coating your opinion of USPS workers and just tell us how you really feel! LOL! I must be in a lucky area because my USPS worker is a great guy! But that is unusual.

  10. Bill, Im a newbie about 1 month now, Id sure have no qualms taking that there " training lock " off your hands~!!! Seriously…. Im dieing for a cutaway that I can repin like that. Ill cover S.H. costs

  11. I disagree about the USPS however will add the caveat in saying it does depend on your area. Like the Postman around my area here are really on the ball. However when I lived in the inner city the postmen there tended to be quite bad. I'll say the worst ones I've ever seen are the ones who work really rural areas. They drive like assholes. shove shit into your post box so they dont have to walk down a driveway to deliver your package.

  12. Postman's Creed:
Neither rain (except if there are no umbrellas) nor snow (no way! Too cold) nor wind (breeze okay otherwise fuggetabowtit) nor sleet (don't do sleet) shall keep him from his beat! More exceptions: sick, hungry, tired, hung over, are still valid.

  13. There are two different people who deliver mail to my house. One of them is great, the other…not so much. She never bothers to deliver packages to the door, just leaves one of those missed delivery notes in the box at the street. Delays the package a day, because you can't pick it up until the next day, and forces me to make a trip to the post office. She'll also crush packages to fit them in the box, and tons of mail has just gone missing.

What does it take to get fired from USPS? It doesn't seem that incompetence bordering on malice is enough.

  14. ups ground is doing worse than the usps, my pinning kit was shipped a week ago is 30 miles away & I get a email saying it will be delayed for 4 more days. in 2 days it traveled 20 miles now it will take 2 to 3 days to to arrive from 20 miles away. that's pathetic 10 miles a day.

  15. If you think the USPS is bad, look at YODEL in the UK…
At least we have a good person delivering our mail (we live in a small town, population of just over 100)

  16. Yes Bill. Once they get that type of government job, it takes an act of Congress to get them out. And your Abus must be old. It's growing whiskers. Thanks for the video>

  17. Yeah I just got 2 updates from USPS tracking and it said "tried to deliver will try again next day" try to deliver? Such bullshit has never been spoken I've been home all day and didn't even peak a look at a godamn postal van.

  18. The comedy alone is worth a sub to this channel!!!

PS – got my first locks inbound 6Pin ABUS 34/55's to practice with, 4 however will actually be used.

I'll prob give up and just send them to Bill.

  19. Was that a stanley blade knife you used to cut the tape? Do you know the exact model and brand? I've been looking for a nice knife, can only find the flimsiest pieces of crap. That one looked hefty

  20. +bosnianbill please excuse me for for being blunt i have completed my first challenge lock and would love to sent it to you. i'm having trouble with it. and was wondering if you'd like to give it a go? all home made pins and I've put some time into it unable to open it myself.
