My vises are made by Panavise, a U.S. Company.  The one with the wide jaws is the model 350.  The smaller one is the model 301. Both have the 312 Base mount – www.panavise.com

  1. Well I’m not sure about that lock. With all due respect, I don’t like that stuff inside (pieces of springs). Like I said before, I hope we don’t start seeing chicken bones in there. But honestly, I think a bit more time and you would have got it open.

  2. You've been using the bamboo pinning tray a lot recently, and I actually miss the older black pinning tray (non fan made, unfortunately). Easier to see the pins against it.

  3. whith ur skills bill you should have tried longer and got it but I still thought you would of picked it I know u wont read this message any way cool man thanks keep the videos coming thanks stiglocks..r

  4. Think it was pin 5 not reaching the shear line, the bottom pin will drop in to the top of the lock depending on orientation of the lock and would explain the snagging with the key

    1. Ya, if the pin is free floating it would just fall in the way of shear line. Not a good lock in my opinion.
